Improving access to buildings goes beyond the use of low profile threshold sections, ramped at angles to suit easy navigation by wheeled and pedestrian traffic. Correctly specified and fitted Selamaster seals at door stops, thresholds and on windows ensure low friction operation, thereby easing the operation of doors and windows. For doorsets where space is at a premium, the use of seals with integral weatherboards may narrow the door opening slightly. The problem can be overcome using the option in the Cyclone range for external doors which excludes a weatherboard.
